Be a part of the first OlioHouse event since 2018!
Here's what a schedule will look like for day pass participants:
Saturday, June 5th
Noon - Arrive at Rosendale Cafe for a group lunch
1pm - Scarcity and Abundance Olio with Chris Baker
2pm - Short hike up to Joppenbergh Mountain (1.4 mile loop) with a gorgeous view of the Catskills
3:15pm - Plant walk and herbal tea making workshop at the Krumville Farm followed by a tea party
4:00 pm - Free time for Swimming / chilling by the pool
5:00pm - Movement and Meditation for adjusting our bodies to the changes of the season w/ Darryl Aiken-Afam
6:00pm - Drinks in the garden before heading home (We can offer lots of local restaurant options for dinner)
Chris Baker is a certified mushroom forager, gardener, full-time parent, and founder of Chicory Naturalist, an online resource for budding naturalists of all ages. She has an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago with a focus on the cultural ramifications of shifting food systems, and a diverse range of professional experience in the culinary, arts, and agricultural fields.
