When Keith Haring and William S. Burroughs collaborated on a monumental Apocalypse series, they were tapping a dark vein of Eighties angst, shared by Basquiat, Longo, Sherman, Schnabel, Lemieux, Holzer, Wojnarowicz and other art stars of the decade. There's a reason why the powerful exhibition at the Nassau Museum curated by Eric Fischl culminates with Haring. Join museum director Charles Riley for a tour of the end of time as envisioned not just by Eighties artists but such masters as Bosch, Rodin, Michelangelo, and Leonardo.
